DR DAS Products

DR DAS is a developer and distributor of Microsoft based data acquisition, reporting and information exchange solutions for environmental and energy monitoring. Solutions are built from a core set of software products seamlessly integrated with .Net technology. DR DAS has acquired distribution rights for multi-lingual environmental data acquisition and data management software. This faciliates delivery of solutions in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

To support specific environmental monitoring and reporting requirements found in the Americas, DR DAS offers a suite of optional programs. These products add .Net data collection and data exchange capabilities, web-based delivery of information products and integration with enterprise-wide information management systems.

Core Components:
CommCenter - multi port communications software, incorporating a wide range of communications media and protocols needed to poll traditional air quality data loggers (ESC, EMC, Dasibi, Odessa, Campbell Scientific) and DR DAS's Envidas Data Acquisition Units. This allows adopters of our technology to continue to use older proprietary, loggers until they fail or otherwise are deemed replaceable. Envista ARM - a comprehensive smart client application capable of supporting the full range of ambient air, meteorological and hydrological data collection, QA, data analysis and reporting needs. Developed in support of monitoring programs in over 40 countries, this multi-lingual application offers extensive tools for creation of data centric graphics in a variety of file and print formats. Open AQM/CEM Database - MSSQL or Oracle Server Tables, Views and Procedures designed to host configuration data, measurements and information products in support of monitoring programs. Data Management Center solutions typically add one or more DR DAS open source code applications. These open code applications support areas that often need customer-specific revision. These areas include visualization of measurement values and validity status, computation, alarm detection and notification, locale specific reporting (e.g. USEPA), delivery of web-based information products and public notification of Air Quality Conditions via telephony.  

DR DAS Options
SiteView HMI - SiteView HMI - Ambient or emissions monitoring applications that need a advanced support for data collection, calculations and alarming will use the SiteView HMI VB.Net service. To present real-time views of data collection status, monitor measurement values and acknowledge alarms a SiteView HMI client application is included. Users can build their own displays with drill down features. This VB.Net application can "poll" data already collected by CommCenter or communicate directly with other devices such as PLCs, Oil Systems PI servers and OPC Servers. Reporter - This VB 6 client application supports agency, organization and regulation specific reporting requirements such as AIRS, AirNow and AQI. Reporter is easily modified to meet new and changing requirements. Text, HTML and Excel report outputs are available. SiteViewWeb Site - multi-tier ASP.Net web application providing core database connectivity and data presentation capabilities. This application can be used in its entirety or in part to enhance near real-time data distribution. Creation of an Intranet site to assist maintenance and QA personnel is common.
